Started in August 2006 as Plus91 partnership by 3 young entrepreneurs

Plus91 spent its initial 1 year almost living inside hospitals and clinics

Launched the first solution dealing with the PNDT Act in India in December 2006

In 2007, Plus91 got its first big client in the form of the Dept. of Clinical Pharmacology at Nair Hospital. Today, the entire department runs on software developed at Plus91

Worked on a study project in 2007 involving over 30,000 patients with Nair Hospital and WHO

Prototyped a unique Platform and Device Clinic Management Solution called Clinkare which went beyond Practice management and allowed large scale analysis of Clinical data.

Announced Ultrasite, which till today is the most unique reporting application in the Ultrasound space. This was later merged to handle PNDT reporting and packaged as UltraPNDT.

Launched an innovative Pharamacovigilance Package.

Ventured into the Ayurvedic space by prototyping ClinVeda, a simple and easy to use Ayurvedic Clinic Management System which included systematic Examination. This was later enhanced to provide for EMR, Large Scale Statistics, Mixture Preparation and Case Learning

Incorporated into a Private Limited Company in January 2009

Launched LabC in 2009 which was a SaaS solution for Diagnostic Centers. This was later also made available as a Desktop solution.

Launches a new initiative: www.websitefordoctors.in with a vision for a website for every Indian doctor in the coming 5 years.

Launched Patient Friendly Applications dealing with Medical Reminders and Fertility Calendars. These received a great response with Myfertiletime creating over 20,000 calendars within 3 months.

Prototyped ivySite, a unique solution dealing with IVF which also conforms to the proposed ART Bill.

Launched ClinION for Medium Sized Hospitals and Nursing Homes.

Started Working on Patient Safety Modules and Medico Legal as add ons to EMR solutions.

Invited to participate as expert advisors in a new Patient Safety and Pharmacovigilance study.

Nrip Nihalani

Nrip has been instrumental in designing Plus91's product line and its innovative technical architecture. He possesses a rare combination of vision, creativity and strong technical excellence which have helped Plus91 in shaping a unique product strategy in a new vertical.

Nrip has a specialized Masters in Wireless Systems from the prestigious Wireless@KTH. He has worked with four startups before he co-founded Plus91. He is passionate about mathematics, adventure sports and poker.



Aditya Patkar

Aditya Patkar a co-founder at Plus91 is heading its marketing and sales initiatives. Educated as an engineer with a major in electronics and he also has an MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies. Aditya spent a large part of his management education learning the ropes on the job as Plus91 was already in its incubation period. Aditya has been instrumental in interfacing with doctors at various levels in understanding their workflows and designing some of Plus91’s medical products.

Aditya has previously worked with ICICI Bank and Yes Bank in various profiles in operations, process mapping and quality management. At present he is involved in client acquisition and is headlong into driving the bottomline at Plus91 Technologies. Dr. Aniruddha Malpani

Dr. Aniruddha Malpani is a leading consultant infertility specialist and practices with his wife, Dr. Anjali Malpani, in Mumbai, India. Their clinic, Malpani Infertility Clinic (www.drmalpani.com) has been rated as one of India's best (Outlook magazine survey); and attracts patients from all over the world. Over 1500 babies have been born as a result of their treatment all over the world.
